I need the serial number of the iPhone 6 for the settlement claim application.
One phone is currently non-existent and the other doesn't function.
I visited 'appleid.apple.com', scrolled down to Devices and the only phone indicated is my current XR.
Is there more I can do to locate the serial numbers or no?

This is the official website for the program. If you do not know your serial number you can enter your Apple ID and some personal information and the database will try to find it for you. I personally used this site to apply for the refund on two iPhone 6’s and it was easy-peasy.
