It states name number not registered??? How do you register all you friends ,etc, to be able to send them messages. My name , phone, email, is on the message screen
imessage work as an instant message client, for when communicating with other apple users, but if it's a android or other phone than apple the messages are sent as sms messages, this is something the client on macOS can't handle
so it require an iphone connected to the same appleID to do it for it read more
