Appstore payment method

I want to use my card in order to buy things, and I have to add a payment method. But because I don't have a card, can I use my parent's credit card instead? If then, do I need to write my parent's legal name instead of mine when adding?

See if your parents will set up Family Sharing. Then the organizer's card (one of your parents) will be used for all payments.
