Heating issue

I use MacBook Air ( Catalina 10.15.6). few days back I installed Xcode, but I never used it. after that I installed Zoom App (video call). after using zoom app my system got heated very high. now I just updated Xcode, while updating it, it began to heat again. why is it?

macbook pro 16 heating fast Hi, I bought a new MacBook Pro 16 (i9 base model) but device easily heat up even under regular conditions. For example: I was using safari, and another app is downloading some document and steam downloading a game. Then MacBook heating very fast, especially touchbar area. Same thing happen in different scenarios, I am a game developer and when I enter play mode in Unity(in a very small project) or when I start a game(not very demanding) heat is increasing very fast. Is it normal, should I return this device, or is there any solution for that. Thanks for your help
