I recently cleared my macOS HD and now I am trying to reinstall; however, since I was unable to back-up the system before clearing everything, and I do not have access to my original disk, how can I reinstall macOS on my system?

Im not sure if you can recover your information, but the way you should be able to re-install the software is by restarting the computer and holding cmd+r to start internet recovery. You will then see a the utilities menu popup, and you will click on reinstall macOS. Select the macOS HD and continue following the prompts onscreen until the installation is succesful.
