Water damage

water spilled all over my keyboard. I dried it as fast as I could and tried my computer the next day. Everything works perfectly fine however, my computer does not register the charger. My computer is at 15%.

Try an SMC reset.

Try reconnecting the charging cable. Unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet for a minute to reset the internal circuitry of the charger.

If this doesn't help, then the liquid likely damaged the laptop so you will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop and charger.
