Recover recently deleted texts
I accidentally deleted a thread of text messages. Can I recover them? I already went to settings, name and clicked off the messages and turned back on, and they did not come back

thats not how it works, that just means you're going to sync them to icloud and if you delete the message it is gone read here Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support . I
t also means it not part of the icloud or itunes backup which is how you recover the message Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
