latest update (7/17/20) froze at apple logo and progress bar(barely filled in). cannot shut off, turn on or have success with reboot. at beginning MAC does not see iPhone. then it does but requests an update. update fails and suggests restore. Restore. fails. eventually screen returns to apple logo and bar with apple support address and arrow suggestions.
