In App purchasing

I have this app called BitLife and I got an Itunes card to buy something called Bitizenship. I pressed buy and it went through. But i never got it in-game. When i press buy again it just says loading. When i press restore purchases it says that the Bitizenship was purchased with a different Apple ID, though i never changed my Apple ID. I dont know if it has something to do with the payment method or something but i want it fixed please.
