defect on iphone 11 ultra wide camera frame

I bought my iphone 11 on an AT&T 30 months installment plan and activated it on June 10th (a month and a week ago). I almost found immediatly that there is a defect on my ultra wide camera frame. (as shown in the picture) But I was afraid that it could take up a lot of my time dealing with this replacement thing, so I tried to live with it. Untill most recently, I unintentionally saw another post saying that he had the same issue as mine and this defect might lead to less water resistant.(https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250836780) So I make up my mind and decide to do some research and try to replace my iphone 11 this time.

Question: Can I get it replaced after this long (37 days)? If I can, will I get an unused (new) replacement phone? Thank you.
