My IPhone 11 Pro Max don’t have any logo of apple on its back

If you have bought this 'iPhone' from a third-party retailer (someone other than Apple) it is possible you were sold a fraudulent device and you should contact the retailer or Apple Support (Get Support) about this. However just to check make sure you don't have anything on the back of your phone such as a case or a phone skin that could be covering the Apple logo. Just a reminder that the Apple Logo was also moved to the centre of the back of the iPhone 11 Pro Max so that's where you should be looking. If there is no apple logo then you should try to get your money back from the retailer or if you bought it from Apple then please contact Apple Support here: Get Support
