I have a new iPod7. I want to transfer music files from a MacBook. My iPod 5 syncs and transfers with no issues. On connection of the iPod five the sync icon appears and syncing is easy. The icon does not appear when plugging the iPod 7 to the Mac. I've tried a number of suggested methods, but nothing has worked.
