i can't get my homepod to play apple music anymore. i change my appleid password and since then it hasn't worked

Go into the Home app on your iOS device

Long press on the HomePod - click the gear icon (lower right) - scroll down to default account - sign out of that & sign back in again. It might say change default account so do that.
