I lost my iphone 6splus

I lost my iphone. I forgot my apple id password. As it was written on the notes of tht same phone. Find my iphone was turned off. I dont knw if i can ever get it back. I bought it in 2016. So i lost the box. And didnt write the IMEI number anywhere.
