reset an ipad to use the correct

I recently got a new iPad. I used the wrong Apple ID to set it up. Can I reset the new one and start over using the same ID as the rest of my devices?

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13

Finish setting up the iPad under the wrong Apple ID, then reset it either by going into settings>general>reset>erase all content and settings. Let the device wipe completely, then set it up under the correct Apple ID.
