error with yahoo mail server

I am getting this error with yahoo: Mail was unable to connect to server “imap.mail.yahoo.com” using SSL on the default ports. Verify that this server supports SSL and that your account settings are correct.

I don't see where I can change this... they connect than then drop

SSL not working Tried linking a email to DuckDuckGo server and it wouldn’t load . Worked out SSL not working so wend to certificate trust settings and trust asset version is on 17 there is no off or on button is this correct
