Why I can’t buy a poke coins

It’s happening to me too. I keep getting code three. I have deleted the game and reinstalled multiple times. I tried everything. I don’t know if it’s an Apple issue or it’s on PoGo. Still waiting to hear back.

same issue mine, started Aug 8. It appears to be a double billing by apple fault. Apple won't refund sadly.

I have tried another iOS device, same error.

Uninstalled and reinstalled same error.

Logging out and logging in same error.

Wifi or LTE same error.

I am have the code 3 error happening in Pokémon go store, too. My husband has account is experiencing the purchased coins but not having them placed on his account. It is very frustrating!

Has anyone found a fix to the error 3 problem?
