Accessing icloud notes on pc

I used to be able to access my iCloud notes easily from my Samsung pc, but lately, when I sign in to iCloud, it just shows a mess of letters (kind of like only half of the line is showing, and it's all run together)! If I copy and paste it into a document, I can read the text, but the formatting is all weird. HELP!

Try a different web browser on your Microsoft Windows system; Mozilla Firefox, Edge, Chrome, etc.
