Based on the developer's name, the Twomon software might be causing this. There is no need to delete it immediately, maybe the developer will update the app to fix the issue. Even if they will not update it, it won't break your macOS installation in the future, the software in question will just stop working when legacy kernel extensions are phased out in the future.
