Apple TV - No Network Connection Issue

So I had an apple tv 4k that I was using at work without a problem.

Brought it home to try to use here and went to set it up on my network but was getting issue connecting to either wifi or ethernet.

Did a complete restore and update and now I am getting this message "No Network Connection, Your network is not connected to the internet"

I have tried doing this via wifi and with ethernet. Also tried with it plugged straight into my modem via ethernet. Tried restoring multiple times.

Can anyone help
