Yes, the 5W charger is compatible with the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max as shown here: Apple 5W USB Power Adapter - Apple
If you want to charge your iPhone faster, you will need to use a different adaptor though: Fast charge your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
