My new airpod pro right side battery draining is very fast compared to left and some times the right side is not charging.

You mentioned that your right AirPod Pro is draining more quickly than the left. On your iPhone, under Settings > Bluetooth > AirPods > Microphone, check to see if the microphone is set to "Always Right AirPod." If it is, try changing the setting to either "Automatically Switch AirPods" or "Always Left AirPod" to test the issue.
You mentioned that your AirPods sometimes don't charge. Make sure that there isn't any debris inside the case or on the connectors: How to clean your AirPods and EarPods.
