app store, all buttons disabled
My iPhone 6 plus...when I open the app store, all buttons/icons(games, app, update and search) are greyed out/disabled.
Could you please help to enable them again?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some concerns about using the App Store on your iPhone. We’ll be happy to help with this.
Just so you know, the icons on the shelf are always this color unless you tap on them. Once you tap on the, it should turn blue, like the Today view shows in the picture. Tap on one of the other options and see if it opens up and works as expected.
If it doesn’t force close the app and check for any updates to iOS:

Restart your iPhone after this and try using the App Store again:
