Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems one AirPod is louder than your other AirPod.


Check the audio settings on the audio source to see if the volume balance is favoring the left or right channel. If you're using an iPhone, tap Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual, then ensure the balance is set evenly between the channels: Adjust audio and visual settings on iPhone - Apple Support


If the issue isn't related to the volume balance, then test the behavior after resetting your AirPods. You can see those steps in the following article: If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support
