Phone just blank while using....it turned on twice and went off again soon and now it is just not turning on. Tried the factory reset and all other options available. any more options available??? any way to reset using itunes?

then the next step would be to restore your device, and setup the device without restoring a backup, to see if the issue is replicated. I would first make sure you have a backup so your data is saved.
