Ok so I got a iPhone 7 next to me and it’s new and it won’t activate at all what do I do ?

A: What happens when you try?
B: How can it be new? It was discontinued in September of last year.
You seem to have bought a used device that wasn't properly set up for resale.
Hope you had a low price and fell better when you recycle it.
