Download a version of the app that’s compatible with your version of macOS from Roxio, usually.
If you’ve just done an upgrade to macOS Catalina, you will need a newer version that’s compatible with Catalina.
Catalina requires all apps to be 64-bit. Older apps can be 32-bit, and those are not compatible.
