What if previous owner isn’t contacting me back about watch?

Got this watch off fb and when I asked the previous owner about unlinking to the watch I’m not getting a response. Is there a way to disable their account and add mine?

No there isn't,either get the seller to follow these steps;

Remove Activation lock

Or get your money back.

It's useless. If you can't get your money back, turn it over to the police and give them all the information you have on the seller. Odds are it's stolen.
