What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Apple TV+ requires an Apple TV (3rd generation or later) with up-to-date software.

You access Apple TV+ as one of the Channels inside the Apple TV app.

Devices you can use with the Apple TV app and Apple TV+ - Apple Support
