I’ve forgotten my password code and have been locked out. Can you help please

For some reason my iPhone locked me out. I also have a iPad and I had cg

hanged my passcode on my iPad . The next day I used my passcode on my phone and it worked% I then Went Facebook then it started to glitch like shut my screen down a few time so I Restated my phone Then it wanted my passcode again so I put my number in and so it begun. It’s locked grrrrr
