I can't hear my Audible book on my Iwatch. I've tried getting with Apple support but when they call me back, their call either disconnects or they can't hear me. How can I get help?

Try this Get Support this allows multiple ways to communicate with Apple. You can control music audiobooks from your watch and hear them from your phone or through a Bluetooth headset.
Yes, I know and I’ve been able to do it in the past but I can’t make the watch respond now while on Audible. It shows the book and is following along with the amount of time remaining. It just isn’t allowing me to control it from my watch. I’ve tried doing a restart on the watch and phone by nothing is working.
Try going into the watch app on your phone and choose not to show audible on your watch. This will uninstall it and the reinstall it on your watch.
I'm trying to listen through my Airpods. It's worked before on other books but it's no longer working. I've downloaded the newest upgrade and restarted my phone and my watch. Nothing is working.
Apple support can't hear me and there's no other way to get help
