Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Anyone else get a phone call claiming to be apple support then being let to search on a service rep's name "Amy Burnett" to prove she is a legit apple rep, then being asked to go to helpme.net?
I think it is a scam and is suspicious... anyone else?
It is a scam. That is not an Apple site and Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging into this forum. Also see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204759
