Using iPhone 11 with 2012 Nissan Sentra

I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra with an iPod connector port. I don’t have an iPod, but an iPhone 11 and was wondering if anyone knew if there was an adapter or adapters to connect the port to my car and turn the piece that goes into an iPod compatible with my iPhone 11? Thanks.
