can those using PC's or Android systems load presentations with full features to their devices?

Am preparing several presentations on latest Keynote version 10.1 and would like to know if those receiving this presentation who are PC and Android-system users may download my IOS presentation in PDF to their devices? Due to our quarantine, I am using this distance-learning method to class of about 25 students, many whom are not Apple users. Also those who do have Keynote on their Mac, can an earlier version of Keynote be used to download from the Cloud? I would appreciate your response since class is due to begin in September?

Not clear if you read my full question. This is related to Keynote Version 10.1. Students who will enter password to gain access to my presentation on the cloud but do not use Apple devices, can they download the Keynote presentation with audio to their devices? If Apple users, do they have to have latest Keynote if they are downloading from the Cloud?
