There isn't. Apple does not maintain full installers of past Pages versions for direct user download.
If you have macOS High Sierra installed, and previously had Pages installed, you can launch the Mac App Store, sign-in with the same AppleID that you had previously used to download Pages from the Mac App Store. Once signed in, press the option key while clicking on the Purchases tab. If Pages appears, and has an install/update button that is active, go for it. The Mac App Store will inform you that it cannot install Pages v10.1, but may offer to install Pages v8.1 which is the last version compatible with High Sierra.
