Apple iPhone 11 speaker quality
When I have phone on speaker everyone tells me they find it sound like I’m far away. Words aren’t Always very clear and muffled. When I take it if speaker it appears better.

To me, this sounds like a microphone problem. More notably, the bottom one. (If this is happening during FaceTime, it is the top one).

If this does not work, I would let an Apple certified technician take a look at your microphones.
