Hello, I keep getting junk emails directed specifically to my old .mac email address. I would like to remove this alias from my icloud account but I can't find any way to do this. Anyone have specific instructions or suggestion?
You won't be able to delete any @me.com, @Mac.com, or @iCloud. com alias is your Apple ID account.
But you can deactivate or delete an Apple ID account. Apple recommends doing the first for the obvious difference noted below.

“If you request account deactivation, you'll receive a unique alphanumeric access code. When you're ready to reactivate your Apple ID, contact Apple Support, provide your access code, and we’ll help you reactivate your account.
