How can I get a video that I deleted by mistake when I got my new phone?

I had a iPhone 7 and got a new iPhone 11. I went to delete my old phone videos and didn’t realize that it would delete that same video on my new phone. How can I get it back?

If iCloud Photos is enabled, then deleting a photo will PERMANENTLY delete that photo across all of your devices.
