How to let the member of family sharing to pay by their own credit card when purchasing from iTunes Store
As the topic, how can a member of family sharing use their own credit card to pay when purchasing from AppStore or iTunes?

They can't use their credit card. Only the organizer's credit card can be used. They can buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.
