Payment method registration

You are about to register a payment method to use the app store. But it is deactivated and not registered. Please can you turn off the deactivated? Nothing is being used.

Your App Store/iTunes account is disabled?

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.

We have no ability to affect any changes on your accounts.

What has been "deactivated"? Your "App Store" account? Your Apple ID? Your "Payment Method"?

Thank you for response. My account(Payment Method) has been deactivated. My card doesn't register, so I can't use any app store, app music.
