Hi all,
I am encountering a weird issue with my airpods. I have the second generation airpods and the iphone XS(ios 13.6). My airpods connect normally, I can hear all my calls normally, but anything that comes through apps (itunes, youtube, etc) I hear it for 2 seconds and then nothing. When I connect the airpods to my old iphone 6s everything seems to be ok. Pls any thoughts??

It looks like you are able to use your AirPods normally with your iPhone XS when on phone calls. But when using them with any apps, you will hear for about 2 seconds and nothing. Connecting to your old iPhone 6s it works fine with everything. Let's start by resetting the AirPods and setting them up again with your iPhone XS.
