Hello, can someone help me. I have a problem about my phone battery. The battery percentage won’t increase (stuck at 90%) but if i restart my phone, it will increase but if i try to charged it again it won’t increase again. Can someone help me with this issue

If you mean the percentage charged, and it's actually stopping at 80%, you may have Optimized Charging enabled.

The battery health percentage can't be increased until you replace the battery with a new one.
You don't need to do that until it drops to 80%.
