my phone isn’t backing up because is say “iCloud backup will occur later when connected to power locked and on WiFi” but I don’t know what’s power and how to fix this problem

That means while it is charging -- or plugged in like it is when charging, even if it is fully charged (and if it is charging in an area where it has a wi-fi connection).
