Season 12 of Big Bang Theory won't play via Library in Apple TV

I have purchased Season 12 of Big Bang Theory but it won't play using the Library at the top level of Apple TV+. It offers me the chance, instead, to buy the episodes even though it knows that I've bought the season because it tells me that I've bought it.

Instead, I have to use the Computers app to play the season.

Why is this? What can I do to fix it? Restarting hasn't helped. The episodes are right there in my TV library along with all the other seasons.

Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out that for some reason -- not my doing -- that season, along with a bunch of other stuff, was hidden. I've unhidden it and now it's working.

After reviewing your post, it appears that you're unable to play the 12th season of Big Bang Theory which you purchased. It show on the Apple TV app, but you're shown that you need to purchase. We're glad to help with this.

Get the Apple TV app on your smart TV or streaming device -- Make sure you're signed into the Apple TV app with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the show.
