Can you buy replacement tips and the metal part under the tip?

You can purchase the tips, but not that metal sensing rod tip.

If that is damaged or broken and your Pencil is NOT operating properly, you WILL NEED to purchase a new Apple Pencil OR IF still within the one-year warranty, get another free replacement Apple Pencil from Apple.
