student Apple Music verification

I currently have a student discount for Apple Music that needs to be verified next week. For some reason, I am only able to log in to my University account on my laptop but not on my phone. Because of this, I haven't been able to verify my student status on Apple Music. Is there a way I could verify my student status on my laptop? I logged in to my Apple Music account on my laptop but I didn't see any option to verify my student status there. I also verified my student status through Unidays last week but my Apple Music account is still asking me to verify my status on my phone app.

Just to be sure, you can verify the student status by using the Apple Music app or iTunes by following the section in this article that says, "Verify your student status." Get an Apple Music student subscription
