I believe Apple tried to accommodate most folks by providing multiple ear tips with their AirPods. However, not everyone is the same and it is always possible that none of the provided tips will work.


With that said, I believe you basically have three choices:

  1. Just use them the best you can.
  2. Look for third-party ear tip providers to see if you can find any that will work for you.
  3. If you purchased these AirPods within the last 14 days, you can return them for a refund.
