Hidden folder is missing on iPad Photos app

Wondering how the heck I am going to get any help on this - I ‘hid’ one photo, but when I went to try and find the Hidden album, it is simply not there! Nor is Other Albums .... no help on Apple Support, I am not entitled to any seemingly. Not happy. I have iOS 13.5.1 on iPad 5th gen.
