Is it save to share UDID number for my phone, and the can get access for my iCloud and phone?

Hi a developer team won’t me to give them serial number for my phone, but do they gat 100% access to my phone and account iCloud?

No. Your serial number does not give anyone access to your iPhone or to your iCloud account. Is this developer team a reputable team? What are they going to do with your serial number?
