Mikrophone dosent work

After update my iphone to ios 13 microphone started be off . I cant call and hear person who call to me but for example when i playin music it works

When i trying to record something it doesnt work too(microphone)

what should i do

moicrophone not working hi. i am using iphone 6s+ and I have an issue about its microphone. its not working when I tried to call someone who is an android user on any meta apps such as messenger, instagram, telegram. But when I tried calling someone who is using an iphone or any apple gadgets, the microphone works. I also tried to call someone thru their simcard number, the microphone works. the only issue is the microphone is not working on any meta apps when I tried calling someone who is using an android. I tried everything. I restart the phone, I enabled the microphones of each applications but it still doesn't work. what should I do? I hope you can help me.

Microphone My microphone doesn’t work well, I keep on hard resetting it because I can’t make any phone calls, he/she doesn’t hear me

When you are playing music on Apple Music you do need microphone.
